These GTC apply to products available for purchase through the www.okospolymer.hu website.
By submitting the order, the buyer undertakes a payment obligation.
The order is considered a contract concluded electronically.
Currently, the following payment method is available in the webshop:
Delivery is carried out by GLS courier service.
Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days.
Shipping fees are indicated during the order process.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
In case of withdrawal, the buyer is obliged to return the product.
The cost of return is borne by the buyer.
The service provider will process the refund after the product has been returned.
In case of faulty performance, the buyer may assert a claim for warranty for defects according to the rules of the Civil Code.
